01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on ph32 or using any part of the ph32 platform — whether that's placing a sports bet, spinning a slot, accessing the live casino, or joining the VIP Club — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ph32. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register for an account or use ph32 services. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active ph32 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted when accessing ph32.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of ph32 or its affiliates.

03 Account Responsibilities

Each member is permitted to hold only one active account on ph32. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your ph32 account. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with any other person.
• Using a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Logging out of your account when accessing ph32 from a shared or public device.
• Reporting any suspected unauthorised access to ph32 customer support immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

ph32 may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time. Common reasons include your first withdrawal request, a withdrawal above a threshold amount, or as part of a routine compliance check. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawals until documentation is provided and reviewed.

04 Deposits & Payments

ph32 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All account balances are held and displayed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly in most cases.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay typically clear within minutes; PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day.
• ph32 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside ph32's control.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ph32 does not accept third-party deposits.

05 Withdrawals

ph32 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Your account must have passed all required KYC verification steps before a withdrawal can be processed.
• ph32 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. VIP members at Silver tier and above receive priority processing.
• ph32 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Refer to the Bonuses & Promotions section for details.
• Withdrawals are only released to payment methods in the member's own verified name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on ph32. By placing any bet, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these rules.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. ph32 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available until a bet slip is submitted.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by ph32, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member except where a specific Cash Out option is available and active.
• ph32 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published with an error — including incorrect odds, incorrect participants, or incorrect event details — even after the event has concluded.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet. These limits may vary by sport, market type, and member account status.

Settlement of Bets

• Bets are settled based on the official result of each event as declared by the relevant governing body or league.
• If an event is abandoned, suspended, or postponed, bets will be settled according to ph32's sport-specific rules, which are published in the help section of the platform.
• ph32 reserves the right to delay settlement while investigating disputed results or clarifying official outcomes.

Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets on ph32 are updated in real time and are available for qualifying events. ph32 is not liable for delays in market updates caused by third-party data feed providers. In-play bets accepted during a connection delay may be voided at ph32's discretion if the score or event status had changed materially before the bet was confirmed.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

ph32 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to individual promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions that apply across all ph32 promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate promotional balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the cash amount resulting from meeting wagering requirements is withdrawable.
• ph32 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus credited to a member's account if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are intended for single use per eligible member. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• VIP Club rewards, cashback, and loyalty bonuses are subject to the ph32 VIP Club terms, which are published separately on the VIP Club page.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph32. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Sharing account access with other individuals or syndicating accounts for group betting without written authorisation from ph32.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

ph32 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Chargebacks filed against ph32 without a legitimate basis.
• Receipt of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request from the account holder or a third-party guardian.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held will be preserved during the review period. If a suspension results in permanent closure for breach of Terms, ph32 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance depending on the nature of the breach.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph32 shall not be held liable for:

• Any losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from bets placed or games played.
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures outside ph32's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party data feed failures, or payment provider downtime.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security or act on account compromise promptly.
• The accuracy of third-party content, data, or statistics displayed on the ph32 platform.

ph32 does not provide any guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

12 Privacy & Data

ph32 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering for a ph32 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph32 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required by law, for payment processing, or for fraud prevention with authorised service providers.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ph32 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph32 will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect from the date published on the ph32 website.

Continued use of ph32 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the amendments take effect.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is agreed upon in writing between the parties.
